Leadership

Preacher Shane has been in ministry for over 36 years. He was called to preach in 1989, and has pastored three churches throughout this time. He has served at VBC since 2005.
Preacher Shane has been married to his wife, Elizabeth, for over 30 years. They share adult children:  Benjamin and his wife, Kinsley; and Rachel and her husband, Gabe. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and most importantly proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Jacob joined VBC as Youth Pastor in September 2026 and has served in youth ministry since 2019. He is married to his wife, Ansley, and they have two children, Lennon and Hudson. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and cheering on the Braves and the Dawgs. His heart is to see each student build a firm foundation in Christ upon which to live the rest of their lives.

Joe has served Victory as a deacon for over 15 years. Joe has been married to Vonda for over 40 years. They have two kids: Will and Abbie and four grandkids: Liv, Nate, Jack, and Emma.

The Oliver family has attended Victory for over 8 years. Brent is married to Amy, and they have three children: Brooks, Rhys, and Alley.

The Farr family has attended Victory since 2021. Steven is married to Kari, and they will celebrate their 25th anniversary in February. They have 3 children: Dillan, Tristan, and Amberfaith.
