Night 1 - "Stronger When We Work Together"

Mar 30, 2025    Kellen Griffin

Tonight, we delved into the powerful concept of being 'stronger together' through the lens of Nehemiah's revival. We explored how unity, a hunger for God's Word, and a willingness to respond to it can transform our church and our lives. The story of Nehemiah rebuilding Jerusalem's walls isn't just ancient history - it's a blueprint for spiritual renewal in our time. We saw how the people gathered 'as one man,' setting aside personal preferences to focus on God's will. This unity, coupled with an earnest desire to hear and understand Scripture, led to a profound spiritual awakening. Are we, like those ancient Israelites, ready to stand attentive to God's Word, respond with 'Amens,' and act on what we learn? This message challenges us to examine our hearts, asking if we're truly working together in God's house, or if we're trying to renovate it according to our own designs. Let's be inspired to seek that 'one accord' in our church, to hunger for God's Word, and to respond with joy and obedience, even if it means doing things we've never done before.
